Adams Point, considered the “Jewel of Oakland, is located near the northern shore of Lake Merritt. The neighborhood is tucked between the Uptown Oakland and Grand Lake neighborhoods and if you’re looking for gorgeous lake views from home, The Bellevue-Staten and the elaborate, Beaux Arts-styled Regillus buildings are ideal for you.
